Thin-cut steak, from the Blackstone to the plate

Two thin cuts on the griddle, followed by the browned steak on a serving plate.

From my Blackstone cooking

My griddle, August 20, 2026. The August 22 photo walkthrough identifies these thin-cut steaks and the Blackstone. The photographs carry the preparation from two cuts on the flat top to the browned meat on a serving plate.

This meal belongs with the griddle I bought for camping and now use at home. The seasoning, cut and source recipe are not recorded, so the account follows this particular cook without supplying an invented steak formula.

Two thin pieces of steak lie apart on the Blackstone in the first photograph. In the second, the cooked meat is together on a blue-gray plate, with overlapping edges and the browned surfaces closer to the camera.

I identified the meat as thin-cut steak while looking back through the photographs. That gives this preparation its place in my Blackstone account: food I use the broad surface to cook, followed by the serving plate. The photographs are both dated August 20, 2026.

The cut, seasonings and timing have not been recorded here. The sequence preserves this cook without turning its appearance into a tested steak method.
